You are welcome to read, print and share anything here. What you cannot do is copy it wholesale onto another site, scrape it, or rely on it as a guarantee: entry requirements and fees are recorded carefully and checked often, and they are still the university's to change.
These are the terms on which this website is offered. They govern reading it. The separate terms of engagement govern what happens once you ask us to act for you, and those are the ones that matter if you become a client.
What is here, and how good it is
Course records, entry requirements, fees and deadlines are taken from the universities themselves and checked against the department rather than against a prospectus. Every record carries the date it was last checked, and that date is printed because it is the only honest measure of how much weight to put on the number next to it.
None of it is a guarantee. A university can change an entry requirement, close a course, move a deadline or raise a fee at any time, and it does not have to tell us. Before anything is submitted, an adviser confirms the current position with the department in writing.
What this site is not
It is not immigration advice. Visa information here explains what the published rules say and what we have seen happen; it is not advice on an individual case, and where a case needs that, we say so and point you to somebody regulated to give it.
It is not financial or legal advice either, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation of one university over another for any reason except the one stated on the page.
Using what is here
Read it, print it, send it to a parent, quote it in a school newsletter with the source named. That is all fine and it is why it is published.
What is not fine is republishing it as somebody else’s, copying the course records into another site or a database, or running automated tools across it. The writing and the research are ours, the university names and marks belong to the universities, and the difference between sharing and taking is whether the reader can tell where it came from.
Links to other sites
We link to universities, to government pages and to test providers because those are the sources. We do not control any of them and cannot answer for what they say or do.
When the site is down
We keep it running and we do not promise it will never stop. Nothing on this page creates a liability for a page that would not load on the morning of a deadline; what protects a deadline is the adviser who has your file, which is the other half of this arrangement.
Which law applies
These terms, and any disagreement about them, are governed by the law of the country in which this office is established, and its courts are the ones to bring it to.
