A levels. Two-year courses taken in the sixth form, usually in three or four subjects. UK and international universities make offers on predicted and final A level grades.

GCSEs. Taken at the end of Year 11, usually at age 16, across a broad range of subjects.

Students take GCSEs from Year 9 and A levels across the arts, humanities and sciences, and can follow a one-year Art Foundation course after A level.

Fine Arts College is a day school. Students live at home or with a host family nearby.

Fine Arts College is a day college on three sites in Belsize Park and does not run its own boarding houses.

Fees and entry

Fees

2026/27, including VAT:

GCSE, Years 9 to 11: £11,700 a term.

A level: £11,700 a term, or £12,750 a term for international students.

Art Foundation: £11,700 a term, or £12,750 for international students.

Creative A level supplements £300 each, up to £660 a term. Enrolment fee £300; deposit £1,000.

Entry requirements

The college is not academically selective. Entry is by interview with the Head or Principal and a school reference. A level entry also needs satisfactory GCSE results, and overseas applicants need IELTS 6.0.
