Photography MA is one of the routes we place students on most often, and it is offered widely enough that there is usually a fit whatever your profile looks like. It is a 1 year postgraduate programme, so the pace is quick and the dissertation carries real weight.
Teaching in Photography is assessed through work you make rather than examinations. We currently work with 25 universities on this course across 21 cities.
The lowest English requirement we hold on this course is IELTS 5.5, and departments asking more than that usually expect a stronger academic record too. Tuition ranges from £18.500 to £39.000 a year depending on the department, which is a real difference over the length of the course.

Commercial photography is largely freelance and the market has been reshaped by digital and by content demand. Commercial, product and editorial work pays; art photography rarely does on its own.
