NCC Level 5 Diploma in Computing with Data Science is offered widely in the UK, so the useful comparison is between departments rather than between countries. It is a 1 Year (Full-time) undergraduate degree, with the specialism widening as you move through the years.
Teaching in Data Science lets you specialise partway through, usually between security, data and software engineering.
The lowest English requirement we hold on this course is IELTS 5.5, and departments asking more than that usually expect a stronger academic record too. Tuition is £5,450 a year.
Send us your transcript and English result and we will list the departments that would consider you, with the entry condition on each.

Careers opportunities
Employers ask for statistics and engineering as well as modelling, and many graduate applications fail on the engineering half. A portfolio with deployed work, not just notebooks, is what separates candidates.
Roles graduates go into
Data scientist
Machine learning engineer
Quantitative analyst
Data engineer
Research scientist
Analytics consultant
Where they work
Technology companies
Banks, insurers and hedge funds
Healthcare and pharmaceutical research
Government analytical services
Consultancies
After the course
A doctorate for research posts. For everyone else, cloud and engineering skills raise the ceiling faster than more statistics.
