Overview

This page covers Laws across the departments we work with, including what each asks for and what it charges. It is a three year undergraduate degree, with the specialism widening as you move through the years.

Teaching in Law is offered as a qualifying degree at most universities, which is the route that counts if you plan to practise in England or Wales.

Tuition ranges from £28,900 to £39,900 a year depending on the department, which is a real difference over the length of the course.

If you are comparing this against two or three other courses, send us all of them. We will set the entry terms and the fees side by side.

A qualifying law degree covers the academic stage only. Many graduates never qualify and use the degree in compliance, policy and business.

After the course

The SQE and two years of qualifying work experience for solicitors; the bar course and pupillage for barristers.
