Golf Management is taught at a number of UK universities, and the entry terms are set department by department rather than nationally. It is a three year undergraduate degree, with the specialism widening as you move through the years.
Teaching in Tourism, Transport and Travel is taught in large cohorts at most universities, so seminar groups and the tutor system matter more than the lecture list when you compare departments.
Applications open around a year ahead of the intake. Getting the documents together early is what keeps the September date realistic.
This is the widest graduate market in the country and also the most competitive, which means the degree opens the door and the internship decides who walks through it. Structured graduate schemes recruit a year ahead, so applications start early in the final stage.
No licence is required. Professional membership of the CMI, or a specialist qualification in accountancy, marketing or human resources, is what most employers fund in the first two years.
