Game Arts & Animation (Extended Degree) is taught at a number of UK universities, and the entry terms are set department by department rather than nationally. It is a three year undergraduate degree, with the specialism widening as you move through the years.
Teaching in Cinematics and Photography is assessed on the work you produce rather than on examinations, which changes how the year is paced.
If you are comparing this against two or three other courses, send us all of them. We will set the entry terms and the fees side by side.
Hiring in this field is decided on a portfolio rather than on a transcript, and the degree's job is to build one. A large share of graduates work freelance or on contract for the first few years, often alongside a studio job.
There is no register to join. What replaces it is a body of work, and most graduates spend the first two years building it in paid assisting roles.
