Overview

Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) (Industrial) is taught at a number of UK universities, and the entry terms are set department by department rather than nationally. It is a three year undergraduate degree, with the specialism widening as you move through the years.

Teaching in Artificial Intelligence starts from programming fundamentals even on postgraduate courses marked as conversion, which matters if your first degree was in another field.

The lowest English requirement we hold on this course is IELTS 6.0, and departments asking more than that usually expect a stronger academic record too.

Send us your transcript and English result and we will list the departments that would consider you, with the entry condition on each.

A crowded applicant market at the entry level and a hot one above it, and the difference is demonstrable engineering. Employers ask you to build and deploy, not to describe architectures, so projects and internships decide outcomes.
