Clinical Pharmacology is taught at a number of UK universities, and the entry terms are set department by department rather than nationally. It is a three year undergraduate degree, with the specialism widening as you move through the years.
Teaching in Pharmacology combines taught modules with placement or laboratory time, and the placement element is what varies most between departments.
Applications open around a year ahead of the intake. Getting the documents together early is what keeps the September date realistic.
A laboratory science rather than a route to becoming a pharmacist, and the two are frequently confused. Its market is drug discovery, safety and clinical research, and the industry is a substantial United Kingdom employer.
A doctorate for discovery research, or industry entry through a graduate scheme in safety or clinical research.
