Derby
Artificial Intelligence in Psychology is offered widely in the UK, so the useful comparison is between departments rather than between countries. It is a three year undergraduate degree, with the specialism widening as you move through the years.
Teaching in Artificial Intelligence is coursework heavy, with lab sessions each week and a substantial individual project in the final stage.
The lowest English requirement we hold on this course is IELTS 6.0, and departments asking more than that usually expect a stronger academic record too. Tuition is £17,500 a year.
Applications open around a year ahead of the intake. Getting the documents together early is what keeps the September date realistic.
A crowded applicant market at the entry level and a hot one above it, and the difference is demonstrable engineering. Employers ask you to build and deploy, not to describe architectures, so projects and internships decide outcomes.
A doctorate for research posts, or cloud machine learning certification for the engineering route.
