We list Acting MA because it keeps coming up in counselling sessions, and because the spread of entry terms across the UK is wider than most applicants expect. It is a 1 year postgraduate programme, so the pace is quick and the dissertation carries real weight.
Teaching in Acting is studio based, and most departments will want to see a portfolio. We currently work with 25 universities on this course across 19 cities.
The lowest English requirement we hold on this course is IELTS 6.0, and departments asking more than that usually expect a stronger academic record too. Tuition ranges from £17.500 to £37.500 a year depending on the department, which is a real difference over the length of the course.

Work is auditioned for rather than applied for, and most actors earn from other work alongside it for years. A drama school with industry showcases and agent relationships is worth considerably more than a university course without them.
